4 - APS aids and abets elder Abuse on Clair

This is the incompetency of Logan County Job and Family Services Adult Protective Service Marshall Pierson. His door has been knocked on so many times nobody can count. His job isn't to help the elderly but to help Michael Brady abuse and exploit elders estates. Pierson should lose his job, benefits and serve jail time for aiding and abetting elder abuse and exploitation. This is inexcusable from anybody who claims to be a human being let alone paid by tax dollars that he looked away from the abuse that happened to this elderly man and kept quiet. 
How does Pierson PERFECTLY described the events that happened to Clair right under his nose and was alerted to over and over again and did nothing?

Hording, Abuse, Filth, Feces, Stink, Stink, Stink......(BTW that is cat shit in those photos and nobody can pass on that smell)

Financial Exploitation of Clair. So the police department, under the Mayor, called Pierson when they all know he is aiding the criminal acts of the legal system.

Pierson is standing outside the house with the depravity the property fell into and he can't see something is wrong?
Pierson knows Clair was diagnosed mentally impaired with dementia and can't be used as a witness for testimony in his wife's murder case 7 years prior.

They wait till the money has been thrown out the window to the legalized thieves, then the police take him out.... If this doesn't smell collusion nothing will.

Adult Protective Services is a waste of our money and should be eliminated immediately

It's worth mentioning Pierson claims to be a preacher in a church, which is a stumbling block to someone who doesn't know the true God. Although he might admit to follow Lucifer.

3 - Ann's death for profit

   
Something is desperately wrong in our society when murder is justified on a fine moral woman with integrity while scum and evil run rampant in our government.




Why didn't the authorities perform all forensic testing and scrape her nails for DNA match to the suspect? Or touch DNA on her clothes?
 
Why didn't they create a scene reenactment like Dr. Ross did for Jewel Schirmer's murder? (3 min video) How did Ann get vertical injuries on her body from "alleged" horizontal hits? The reenactment proves this is not possible.

Why didn't the Coroner scrap her nails,? --- when they were bagged?

We have equal rights to justice if we live in America. If "ANN CAN'T BREATH" why should anybody else?

Why did the judicial and executive branch work together that cheated Ann's investigation and abused her husband Clair then plunder their estate?

2 - Human Trafficking and Genocide by Guardians

The largest number of Elder and Disabled Abusers are not from Family and Friends but from the government that is supposed to serve the people.

What happened to Clair, Ann and Rosanna  are 150% the fault of the agencies who did NOT do their jobs and violated every Statute and Constitutional Law that was on the books. The fact that Ann has no justice for her death, Clair was abused for six years and their estate exploited approx. $750,000 proves and MANDATES they need to be indicted for the crimes they knowingly committed. Yet these bloodless, unconscionable morlock's show no remorse for the harm they commit on "the people". We need to take back our country, criminally charge these criminals and stand before the Common Law Grand Juries. It is our only hope.

In the United States, TREASON is confined to the actual levying of war against the United States, (THE PEOPLE) or in adhering to their DOMESTIC enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. Art. III Sec. III  
Don't you find this ODD* the founding fathers put this in the Judicial Branch of the Constitution for the united states of America?

ELDER MURDER, ABUSE and EXPLOITATION 
 
Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus filed to the Ohio Supreme Court Dec. 12, 2012 to free my 80 year old Dad from the incarceration and imprisonment he was abducted on Sept. 12 2012, by agents of Bellefontaine, Logan County Ohio corporation. It outlines the crimes they have committed on Clair after Ann's murder, that is still an open and ongoing investigation. 
 
Feb 6, 2013 - Ohio Supreme Court's answer to MURDER, ELDER ABUSE and THEFT

After the above Habeas Corpus was filed Clair was forced on psychotropic drugs and chemically restrained after Clair tried to commit suicide. 
Clair could have lived in his home with Rosanna. She fought for guardianship for 6 years. All LAWS, LEGAL DOCUMENTS and PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS were there to stop this but the AGENTS of the CORPORATION ignored the laws that violated our rights and left Clair in abuse and exploited. 

Police Report on July 16, 2012 states Clair was being “financially exploited” prior to James arrest Sept 11, 2012. The full report was not available to submit with the Habeas Corpus. How could Officer Kennedy miss the following and leave Clair in this pig squalor???Who were they working with?

There is now up to $750,000 plundered and exploited from their estate. This case is overloaded with many people who knew the UNDUE INFLUENCE Clair was controlled by to manipulate him from his loving family members. 

The government is expected to perform their duty and responsibility and to be accountable. They knew this was happening all the way up to the State and Federal level but refused to stop their criminal acts. Now why would they let it proceed on? This was purposeful and deliberate!!!
